These Terms govern your use of ExposurePal. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ExposurePal.
Not medical advice
ExposurePal is a self-guided recovery companion and is not a medical device, healthcare provider, therapist, crisis service, or clinical tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you need medical or mental-health care, contact a qualified professional. If you may be in immediate danger or crisis, call emergency services or a local crisis line.
Use at your own pace
You are responsible for deciding whether an outing, drive, place, or activity is appropriate for you. Do not use the app while driving in a way that distracts you or violates traffic laws. Follow local laws, property rules, and safety guidance.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use ExposurePal.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. You may contact us to request deletion of cloud backup data associated with your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos, notes, and other content you add to ExposurePal. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, back up, sync, and display that content to you as part of the app.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use ExposurePal to violate anyone's rights or the law.
Changes and availability
ExposurePal may change over time. We may add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that the app or website will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimer
ExposurePal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ExposurePal and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the app or website.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
